That's what it seems. When trading started drying up last Monday, investors panicked and began selling out. Most of these have been small investors merely taking profits and running.

There's been a large buy/sell spread in the last week, with large buyers jumping in instead of waiting in the queue.

This is good news for CQT. I dont know what announcements are coming but obviously some people know something. Once these small sell parcels are flushed out, CQT may very well go for another run
