Is Indonesia our biggest regional threat?

IMO, Indonesia is our biggest regional threat because:
-its population & GDP is growing nearly 3 times that of Aus
(Ahead of Aus in GDP (PPP)
-Indonesia's resentment re our East Timor 'liberation"
-Indonesia's China relationship & potentially the source of an AUS/China proxy war.
-Our support of West Papuan independance.

Rather than attacking China from behind Uncle Sam's coat tails and spoiling for a
war between Russia & NATO (USA) , we should be
cementing a sound trade & diplomatic relationship with Indonesia thereby
neutralising a future Indonesian regional security threat.

Like charity, national security begins at home.
