Rosy , Yes 19.4 is the right price I used 20 as a round figure . BPH has just put out an announcement re; general meeting as Stephen mentioned . It is a long and convoluted read . BPH are going to try and take half of its option to buy into Advent and maybe take the rest at a later date . As far as equating BUY and BPH goes I think they have too many other irons in different fires to compare , although they both will have around 15/17 pc of the project when the dust settles and that is or will be the major part of their investment . MMR are taking a stake in the BPH deal albeit a small one but it will keep their percentage up when the dilution happens via the Advent IPO . This process is going to take many months to sort out . The price of the new shares to be issued will be around 12.5 cents meaning that anything you pay now over that price is basically what you will be paying for the MDS shares . IE ; around 3c . MDS will launch its IPO at 20c .
This whole deal is taking a lot of research and guesswork and I dont blame holders and maybe holders for getting confused . Trusting the management and trusting that the gas is there is paramount .
