If I was KCN management I would try to pimp up the Thai IPO as much as possible.. Denial aka Jamie according to HFguy/Bell Porter, It would be amusing if Denial was Jamie would explain why Denial is so knowledgeable about PRI insurance...mentioned that KCN with it new SPLs monopolize Chatree Goldbelt system.. I would borrow at least $20m more i.e. I estimate loan facility would be $60-80m to fund an exploration program of the new leases, if they manage to find a new mineralisation discovery it would indicate Chatree is part of a greater goldbelt system...
I think Thai IPO would be great for Kingsgate shareholders.. Kingagate would end up being minority interest in Chatree but potentially 'expanded pie' where I see some of the IPO money being used to accelerate the development of Chatree. It would also significantly reduce the sovereign risk of the Chatree asset.
