Not my read Kitty. The announcement gives an indicative signing during last week. It does not categorically state it would be signed. That said, it is actually poorly worded and I would suggest was a 'subtle play' to leverage some pressure back to HUMM. My guess, is this deal is going through a tense period of renegotiation. And clearly close enough that it DOES NOT warrant an update.
