Lumo has just sent me out to crawl about in the garden to read the meter AGAIN. So, my complaint is:

1. the reader should read it, not me
2. I already read it and some number are midway clocking over leaving one to almost guess the number. They think I've read it wrong and it would have been far too large a bill, so madee read it again which apparently makes more sense
If the metre was positioned where it can be read, I wouldn't have to read this myself and the reader could do his job.
Lumi lock his screen once he moves past my property and so no point in letting him inside garden.....what pain in neck is this!!##
