With B and G not taking the stand their written statements can no longer be relied upon.
They cannot refute anything that CHM stated occurred.
Current MMX cannot defend as they were not there at the time as they love to remind everyone.

CHM had shares issued for no reason and sold by parties who then used funds to invest in Nicu
Deal got re-routed through Nicu for no other reason than to book a quick profit for benefit of B and G and Nicu at the expense of CHM.
None of this is that hard to prove and CHM life got even easier when MMX co-defendents decided not to show their faces.
From all of this MMX have profited on what are illegal activities.
Instead of taking the word of your "MMX insider" take some time to DYOR on corporation law and what this means to an entity who has profited through illegal methods.
Funny statement about giving up. CHM seems to be drifting not collapsing on very little volume.
