Perhaps not at present but once it lifts its GDP it will
become better equipped and with a greater number of boots on the ground than Aus.
IMO, the China/Indonesia BRI/Trade deal will (like the USA trade deals) involve
aircraft, warships and subs in exchange for raw resources such as coal, Iron, alumina etc etc:
