well ZEG was joint defendant with VAN...and i guess having to pay 80% of court costs is paying 40% each of court costs?
what was final $ court costs?
is any of that $ covered by insurance?
is there set $ you pay before it deemed you have to disclose?
i didnt see anything on ZEG site saying they lost court case as they co defendant & having to pay costs either?
