I think it is wishful thinking royalty concession will be announce anytime soon. I think this will be announced at settlement in 31.01.22. I am speculating this is what is holding up settlement negotiations. But what may be announced in which DOM picked up with DPIM meeting today is the cheap finance This would be very positive news if it did happen and will be vote of confidence as this would be another settlement concessions granted by the Thailand government without settlement happening. ...may be reason holding up the finance announcement... which is probably holding announcement on further details on the mine refurbishment..
