Well it's a good sign that a broker has made such a statement....

Quite honestly, the directors who run these companies are thieves at best....

I have traded in and out of MEO since around 36c....and it's been good to me! But I am a trader...not an investor and I feel for those that get tricked by this sort of behaviour....

The recent goings on have been very suspicious..to say the least....

People don't understand that these companies consult or employ people, conversant in market strategies, specifically for the purpose of getting the upper hand....

    For example:
traders use specific tools such as fibonacci ratios, Elliot Wave theory, various indicators.....etc etc

These people are aware of those tools and what happens when certain indicators reach particular points...and if you hold enough stock it's very easy to manipulate the price to trigger indicators...or push a price down to a common fib ratio!

It's highly suspicious that the issue price of the new shares for the placement to instos was just above the 50% fib ratio.... a well known entry point for traders!!

Many traders will be watching the stock ready for a bounce off this fib.......There's a load of buy orders there and any whiff of support and in they will jump thus supporting the placement price!!!

All that aside, the timimg of the announcements for the farminee update have been sus all along...and vaguely worded...

Firstly, a capital raising takes some time to put in to place.....it's not an overnight decision...They knew about this prior to the last progress report....

The very fact that the day prior to the trading halt the company released a progress report, alluding to a big player as a farminee, is blatantly deceptive! and those in the know offloaded the stock they had!

I am actually gobsmacked that they got away with it!

The trouble is small holders believe they can't do anything about it....but if you get together and get organised you can!
