Thanks for the pointer @matchbox20
I pulled up the 2018 Prospectus.
The New England Sapphire Corporation, as you show - they're liquidated, gone.
AGRPL can be confused with AGMPL ('Resources' v 'Mining') - it's agMpl which is the Pnina-owned services entity which is in focus for the (imo, wrongful) payoff.
So the entity in question might well be L'Hayyim - Pnina and Sholom are the directors/secretary
L'Hayyim went into liquidation/administration back in 2013 (note 12.6, 2018 Prospectus) for owing a $3,000,000 loan to their creditor (I don't know who) and got away with paying them only $300k....10c in the dollar, subsequently pulling L'Hayyim out of trouble.
Ok, now the shares figures.
Matchbox20 has 4,222,812 shares mentioned in the 2018 Annual report in the care of L'Hayyim.
2022...we have a very similar figure of 4,222,825 (my calc) shares appearing that they 'forgot about' ?? ok that 4222825 is the retrospective figure of the new 168,913 x 25 consol shares.
I guess the only way the full facts can be discovered is via offical investigation..
