surely it is better for us that these come out before a deal is done, especially a script based offer. We don't want Hum to feel under pressure to execute an agreement, better they hold firm and let the dates slide. HUM have not committed to the date- that was a LFS date- they need to offer an update to their shareholders if they are concerned. HUM don't need to do anything related to the negotiations.
We should be releasing some sort of business update- unless it is bad ........
