It was announced during 12 Nov 2019, and only recently the company started to use the fund for stage 2 upgrading to output 6Mtpa, indeed, it is huge, we have secured most of the capex for the production now, just wait for the nice positive cash flow, this will be a nice turn around story by ex Rio Tinto, love this management
