Thanks for that link. I am surprised that I missed it, because I get a daily eMail from FNArena, which I usually scan for such information. In recent months I have tended to delete some of those eMails without looking at them because FNArena has for some fused-witted reason (a picture tells a thousand words?) started cluttering up its textual information with an overload of meaningless pictorials.
What interested me was that CCP was stated to be in the Number 4 position in the USA with Encore Capital and PRA being Number 1 and Number 2, and target values higher than my sucked-from-thumb $30-to=$34 range of old, but below my longer-term dream of $40. On the former. I have not had enough time to put that size-in-USA ranking into perspective relative to CCP's reasonably achievable key USA metrics in the next few years.
I do not see CCP taking on the market leaders in the USA - its growth is more likely to come at the expense of small debt collectors, of which there are hundreds. Then there is the non-PDL business like agency collections and the Wallet Wizard unsecured loan business to consider in the USA, and perhaps adding Canada to the American market, much as NZ was added to create the ANZ market.
I'll return to these matters when I have done my homework
