Well now let me see if I understood this correctly. Your wife told you it was great idea and all her friends liked or subscribed to it on facebook. Is she on the board or something or does she know something we don't know?
As small shareholder I want them to fix what they have which appears to be beyond them without introducing a new acquisition with all the complexities it brings with it.
