Technically only the $71.16 usd/kg is used as thats the payable portion for MREC.
Irrespectively post-tax NPV up another 70M USD. Post tax profit looking seriously decent.
50% of MC with 60% ownership factored.
270M USD revenue for IXR which can jump to 400M USD if they separate them.
This is starting to enter my buy range now, if the market keeps selling it down whilst economics improve it will bounce. Each red s/p day whilst economics goes up is moving the RvR dial in the buyer favour IMHO.
Transparently i'll probably take some hit's between now and close. *Status still none as haven't bought but that probably changes in the next hour.
