Comments: Declines again exceeded Advances 1898 to 1619 on the NYSE last night. On 5 of the last 6 trading sessions the broader market has been down, so the Dow is still unsure which way it wants to head. Shanghai also fell 115 points yesterday, so time to be a little caution with any positions until a clear direction is given
