If SWM was at $1.2 or $1.4 and someone came in a threw a topping bid with premium of 80cents, (1.2 + 0.8), then I'd understand he'd play politics there, but the candy store is left open for now after this HY reported numbers.
In a nutshell, 15 cents per share annualised EPS, times 3 , (0.15 x 3 = 0.45 + cash hoard of three years) and the stock price is trading at 70 cents.
This thing is literally a free carry in 3 years even if they can't produce growth and just maintain it.
