Amazed how many coldry plants would be required to fully replace the use of Victorian brown coal in a ten year time frame.?
How far is Rudd willing to commit funds to protect the coal industry AND his political position.
Or privatize the operation,Tincom will become a net exporter not just to China but also provide the capital for local use.
ALL just speculation at the moment, but with Copenhagen and ETS should have further information and developments.
