I was making people aware that the big bang for your buck happens in the first year.
After that the decline rate is quite slow,giving you a predictable producer for a very long time.
With over 30 wells needing to be drilled in the next few years(upon success of FD2)to retain leases,we are on the cusp of a very active period.
