Tough to swallow,...but far from down for the count,....make no mistake this is the new formula for Commercial Trade Transacting into the future, my main concern is whether AF is the right man to have steering this ship.
Another concern of mine is, someone has to go right through this and trim to where we can say we have the right balance for the business we're actually processing and grow as the business requires it to and not get ahead of ourselves.

Also the marketing bothers me, without being able to make any suggestions myself I just get the impression it just looks dated and clunky, even if the the product processes are seamless and easy to integrate.
From my personnel perspective I do sincerely believe Adrian Floate needs to stand down in favor of possibly Andy Hilton, I have seen and heard Andy and I am fully confident that he could carry the CEO mantle with greater success than Adrian has.

I also think he's the man for hard calls, like looking at our present staffing levels in relation to our current growth and revenue incoming, I believe he's more a numbers man than AF can and has ever been, AF is the entrepreneurial thinker not a bean counter.

If they are willing to make tough decisions to become the success story they're capable of being, I would dearly love to hear something from the Company along these lines.
Make no mistake this has huge and massive potentials and is still chugging along ok imo, it just needs a change of leadership, a little more back to basic business principles and open disclosures to the ASX rather than just doing it's own thing as AF has chosen to do on Social media.
I would like to see AF step aside for the sake of everyone and the Company's future success, I believe he's a great visionary talent who's ideas can get ahead of realities especially overreach with his growth ambitions thus far.

I hope people start to see this for what we have achieved in a more positive light before we burn the ships, of all the pip stocks on the ASX this one has possibly the greatest possibilities of all, I also think the problem is mismanagement and has been for the last 12/18mths in this vital growing stage.
I also believe this can be turned around in a day by calling an extraordinary meeting and electing a new CEO.

GLTAH. "the future is still bright."
