Wow. Just wow, The way this project has gone in my opinion, and its a pretty considered opinion, if I do say so myself, but its just my opinion - it could provide material for a reality based book (or a machiavelian how to guide for money laundering or resource peddling at an international scale) - the potential book (and I don't intend to write it) would be on how to get away with a whole bunch of things in full view of the world's apparently enfeebled divided and confused nationally based regulators.
This is an excellent resource in a tough to access location where politics is absolutely influential to the intrinsic value proposition and always has been.
The simple waiving of contractual obligations between consenting parties looks so subtle but can achieve so much - watching AVZ operate (even if they are entirely innocent of any wrong at all time) has been for me like watching a masterclass of the naughty but gifted in the world.
