It could be. We were told previously IV formulation is in advanced stages. They haven't announced for patent reasons, perhaps?
Regarding the IND in the AGM, I remember something along the lines-"that they are going to have discussions with FDA starting this quarter."
The patent publication, you shared the other day was interesting.
Surely, they wouldn't have published if it wasn't working.
