My “simplistic” scenario would see the need for a years worth of dermal matrices in times of peace being needed every week in times of war. The shelf life ( fridge life actually ) of biologics is way less than that of BTM so stock levels would be regulated to save wastage. They are expensive to manufacture so inventory control would be paramount to their bottom dollar.
We could run 3 shifts a day 7 days a week and double our output.
The biologics would first have to go and catch some sharks.
Simplistic I know but hey that’s just me.
