The current share price seems to be factoring in a high value Axiron partnership already. It's not unlikely that something has leaked - it sounds like there may be multiple distributors interested - which might explain the share price movement.
The volumes traded have been quite consitently moderate to high, but there's never been any market depth to speak of. Which suggests to me that there are a few big buyers accumulating considerable holdings - I'm a bit surprised not to have seen a significant shareholder notice.
