Triangle Energy has overhauled its board of Directors, bringing fresh perspectives to the company as it transitions into renewable energy production in the coming years.
The company has recently made efforts to establish a JV agreement focused on eventually transitioning licence WA 481-P into a modular fuel refinery by leveraging the company's existing infrastructure in the Perth Basin.
These efforts have been hampered by regulatory issues & uncertainty around future permitting regulations, but Triangle has not yet ruled out the possibility of pursuing the endeavour.
First bit of news from new board and reads most interestingly.
