Read some where the reason for suspending the ducting from rafters, not sure. Indoor unit is also suspended, less vibration I believe.
Owner of the company has been in the A/C business for over 40 years so obviously knows his stuff and his team of installers have been with him a long time, they will apparently have it completely installed in less than a day.
Not a big house and ducting pretty straight forward indoor unit central 3 bedrooms one direction, lounge kitchen/dinning the other direction
Always been the curious type so, I will watch, help where I can, but also not get in their way. LOL will be a bit of an expert by end of the day tomorrow
