Hi Next 10000,

Just to clarify, HIO does not have an ore of 70% iron, like MGT they plan to refine to produce a 70% product.
Please understand that trying to go from 68% to 70% adds huge costs. 100% Magnetite is 72% iron. Hoping to produce a product at 70% will require separation rates higher than any other mine i know of. I have disregarded this 70% product in my investment strategy and will be more than happy if they can produce anything above 65%.

recycling the water sounds good but not practical...
Consider how much water is required, 10m tpa or ore at a bulk density of 4.89 tonnes per metre3. I estimate 3m3 of water per m3 of ore, so 2,049,180 m3 of ore = 6,150,540 m3 of water. Imagine the cost associated with pumping 6,150,540,000 litres of water 80 kms through a pipe?
The cost to produce each tonne of ore just went through the roof!
I'm happy to be proven wrong.....
