my limit is at 2K and i can not make any payments that allow me to have an available spend limit above 2k.

in the screenshot below adding just $1 over says thats more than the total owing and blocks the continue button.

i do wonder if users with lower limits can possibly add funds to the possible max? maybe you can do a mock payment to have available spend at 2k (and then try 2001)

also i currenty have may balance fully paid and if i try to add funds (make a payment) it goes to the following screen and wont allow any payments. see second screen shot.

did i ever use zip?
probably more than most, over 50K in January alone.
