I have investment properties that I want to offload soon. What I don't know is, will I regret it after? What's the deal with high inflation and house prices? Shouldn't they go up heaps too or will the interest rates stop that? If everything cost way more, shouldn't houses go up too?
I want to sell regardless after constant bad tenants for years. I have been put off property for life now after the last trashing. I'd rather just buy boomer stocks with the proceeds and collect their divs instead of rent.
