Norilsk sanctions would rocket NP to 20 taking out 10% of global production with sales diverted to china instead meaning west supply gets slashed.

NP demand is tripling, supply is not increasing much,
mcr pos delayed
Pos not rushing to $540Mpa revenue at 30% capacity,
looks like not even a NP way above targets inspires this management team or we just dont know it yet.
