Hmmm - I hope the dividend is declared before the issue of the new shares for the Marampa deal.

I would hate to think that our entitlement (as current shareholders) will be diluted so Frank Tinnis can have his coffers filled.

If the shares are issued to African Minerals before the dividend is paid then current CFE shareholders pay in 2 ways -
(1) they get the dilution effect by way of the extra 50-odd million shares issued; and
(2) some of the current shareholders dividend ends up in African Minerals bank account (and then into Tinnis's pocket)

Any thoughts on this
