PPS MD is same buy that started and sold ME Bank & Powerap. He may not be too intelligent (saying no to NWL offer) but definitely he know when to sell a company. Sale of Overseas Business mean PPS is on market for sale. Simple. No rocket science

At current price PPS is bargain. Overseas business scattered over dozen of countries sold for $65 Million. How much is PPS is worth ? Definitely above $500 Million
