I use my guts as a contrarian signal. The best buys are when you have an icky feeling because the stock is being dumped. But you have to be clear headed from an objective view that the market is getting it wrong - more often than not the sell off is for good reason and HC is littered with rubbish stocks with people saying “ buy when there is blood on the streets.”
