My, that is some attack on me. Let me be clearer. I have not sold any of my 45 parcels todate, but admittedly was pondering yesterday the possibility of selling 1% of my holding, not to lock in profits, but because quite recently my bank acc looks somewhat depleted. The two parcels contemplated for sale are each on small losses, so there is absolutely no motive to lock in profits. Four of my 45 parcels have minimal losses and it would have been two of these. That would represent 1% of my LTR holdings although depending on which parcels I sell could be a little lower than 1%.
Not sure why I need to justify my thinking here but understand you may not have considered when and why I've been thinking this way involves such a tiny proportion of my total LTR holding.
I don't post with an equivalent strident tone as you have to me. Do you deserve this explanation? No.
