Thanks for the excellent feed back people. Once again i'm sorry I couldn't make the AGM due to work commitments; would have liked to have met with you all, maybe next year we can all get together for a celebratory drink. I read through the announcements last night when I got home.

No date for a hearing has been set
If the dispute has not been resolved during the first 2 court cases then the NTMA court case will be the crowning glory one way or the other.
