I wasn't aware of it (being relatively new to HUM). I found these 3 items. The first is from last June & references the JV. The second is from Dec 2020 about the JV. The third is a HC posting of a DOU investor presentation from May which references the JV.
Seems like DOU talks about it much more than HUM.
