To be a terrorist you would have to commit acts of gross terror upon civilians going about their normal activities. Such as Sharon and especially of late Bush. Such as in the past Irgun and Stein Gang.
You would need to have a direct causal effect upon terror occuring - such as being part of it or giving the orders.
Finally you would have to have a political motive.
