    Article released today on ENB (Energy News Bulletin) titled "we are talking to everyone" is an interesting read.

    Google it and have a read.

    I would suggest BRU and ORG are already in discussions with WPL re backfill if Rafael comes in as expected.

    Backfill candidates onshore so far are Waitsia and Valhalla.
    If government provides another exemption for BRU similar to that for BME this will be a game changer IMO.

    So much waiting on this flow test and independent cert.
