Rational Estimate says if PPS was a good buy above $1.30 few weeks back, it is bargain at current price.

I will give an example ; Just 2 year back, VUK (VMUK) was trading $1.10/share, now VUK is $4/share.

Buy in gloom and sell in boom. PPS is a growing business, rewards are handsome.
