    I myself only 1st came across this stock 2 weeks ago. So I'm also a newbie to WKR

    I know they have a Nickle JV with EMU.
    This may not mean much, but they weem to share the same office as VIL.

    Regarding the new aquisition, I just skimmed through the ann. I will go through it again in detail later today. Might the market seems to like it alot.
