I've always felt like mgt aren't interested in trickling out updates from the quality of new information they provide when they do release something. This might've been due to Mike wearing multiple hats all last year and with a focus of the exploration side of things it wasn't prioritised. Lets wait and see what Thomas's approach is.

Always the risk you run that we are getting excited about nothing but it wasn't so long ago (pre xmas) that the directors purchased a lot of shares on the market... can't forget about that.
