questions for the agm tomorrow

1. Firstly could we have each and every staff member including directors get up tomorrow and explain their role within the company and why they are worth what they are being paid.
2. Why are the private placements to professional investors always placed into faceless nominee companies? Who are these so called professional investors, why do they wish to remain anonymous?
3. UBS Nominees received shares at 7.9 cents which was well below market price at the time then sold shortly afterwards for shortterm gain. It appears they were gifted a profit. Why wasn't this offer made to all shareholders. These private placements should be totally transparent especially when done below market price.
4. Why are Mik's products superior to its competitors?
5. What is the relationship between Transcore and Mik? It would appear that Transcore are not using Mik's technology to secure tags? Why is this so? Why did Mik offer exclusivity to Sirit?
6. What is Mik's relationship with 3M?
7. In 2007 Mik made big news of the bermuda EVR project. What is Mik's ongoing relationship with Bermuda now? Why haven't we received feedback from this project?
8. Why were Messrs. Blomfield, Atherton and Van Fleet awarded pay increases during 2009 when the company was in such financial stress and performing poorly?
9. Exactly how involved in running the company is Peter Tyree?
10. Finally I hope that Blomfield does not get up tomorrow and brag about the share price increase this year from 4 cents to 8.5 cents. There is nothing to brag about conidering the share price was about 5 cents when he started there 6 or 7 years ago. 5 cents to 8.5 cents over 7 years is not much of an achievement. Especially when we look at the salary he is drawing each year!!! For Blomfield he is receiving a total package of over $400,000 a year, an extraordinary amount for such a small company. How many research scientists earn over $200,000 a year? Not bad Mr Atherton if you can get it.
