    He is right to say that it is very hard to value a company without financials (ie: profit or revenue). It requires a lot of assumptions to value a profitable company, it requires alot more when the company has revenue but no profit, and even more when there is no revenue and profit (the more assumptions used, the more likely it may go wrong therefore the risk factor used is high).

    But in saying that, I'm not implying that growth companies are worth peanuts - hence I said it relies heavily on the qualitative information like some of the things you pointed out.

    By the way, I've been seeing you and few others talking about "gap down". What does that mean exactly? Apologies I'm a novice, at best, when it comes to charting. Thanks in advance.
