Thanks Poolboy, but I was trying to understand the lock ups, fees etc, that you are charged as an investor in that fund.
I wanted to get a sense of when investors can pull their money form the fund and cause selling pressure.
Also, why would anyone invest in a fund that has a single share holding?
For someone to own PAR, via a fund they already start from behind the 8 ball given the fees charged. Owning PAR in your own account costs next to nothing, yet people pay a hedge fund 2 & 20 (or whatever the number is) just does not make sense to me, unless there is the use of leverage within the fund.
Anyways, that is why I would love to understand the fee and lock up structure of the fund for investors.. Thanks..
