    It has become quite widely known about the Diet aware community. It is absolutely the best way for the body to burn fat as it works even whilst eating the same calories as before. More to do with when we eat, rather than what we eat. (within reason, of course).
    Weight Watchers spruke it, and another diet crowd (forget which) also does the same on the tellie. If a fasting day each weeks or so is thrown in as well, then it has even more effect. A delayed breakfast becomes "brunch" and a five o'clock evening meal, the end of eating for the day. Between "brunch" and the final meal, one can snack if one likes......
