Guys, we need to keep in mind that there is a difference between the terminology of "Capital Raising" and "Renounceable Rights Issue". The rights issue in March was announced as a "Renounceable Rights Issue", there was no trading halt and the details of the rights were disclosed immediately.
Capital Raising is normally associated with a large share placement to an institution or company. This would make more sense given the current state of play.
Having said that we are all speculating, we need to wait for the announcement.
