My understanding after reading of grant documents is matched funding i.e. dollar for dollar. For ECT to receive the $70 million grant funding they are required to have a guaranteed $70 million which includes buildings and land for the hub.
Where is the massive ECT contribution coming from? Maybe we should ask Scotty from marketing to stop by Hillsong and pray for a miracle.
$3 million Max in my opinion.
