    Construction in 2011, production 12 -24 months after,
    There's nothing hidden here i dont know what your all on about.
    Mining rights takes approx 12 months, then construction can begin.So early 2011 mining rights approved and then constuction can begin.
    So we have 12 months to get everything else done: finance, offtakes ect.
    FSE are in the same boat
